Can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. To request changes or cancellations, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this time will not be accepted. However, you can still return your order for a full refund once it is received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional time during holidays or sales.
- Orders are processed between Monday and Friday.
- Processing time: 1-3 business days from the order date.
- Orders are shipped the next business day after processing.
Note: We do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders may take 4-14 days to arrive.
What if I don't receive my order?
If your order doesn’t arrive within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
Prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars. Import taxes, duties, and customs fees may be charged when your order arrives at its final destination, based on your local customs regulations. These fees are your responsibility and are not covered by us.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. For more details, please contact your local customs office.
How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
If you receive defective, incorrect, or damaged merchandise, please contact us immediately. Include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and all relevant details. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be sent to your card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item or cancellation request.
- PayPal Payments: Refunds will appear in your PayPal account within a similar timeframe.
